Before you can control your conditions, you must first control yourself
How many times we have allowed the circumstances to consumed us, the situation to paralyzed us and the conditions to overwhelmed us?
For instances, when we are having a bad day, our bosses or colleagues are not cooperating with us, our car broke down in the middle of no where, when our money got stolen, when everything in our life is going south. And due to all these things happening to us, we sometimes feel discouraged, depressed and dejected.
If so, we have then allowed the environment and circumstances to determined our thoughts and feelings. The external conditions have consumed us that sometimes we are no longer in control of our internal emotions. The problems, the circumstances and the conditions have drowned and consumed us in the way that we have lost ourselves.

A journey to a healthy life for some people can be hard. It’s hard to find that right diet that works for them. And now days it ain’t to many. But there are some health diets out there that really work. But there are other ways to start getting healthy and that’s eating the right food and drinking the right drinks. When you start to think that it’s getting hard find family or friends that are getting healthy or trying to get healthy. That’s the easy part. When you have a great support system it makes it better to keep going and not stop. It will be a long journey but when you think about it there will be a big reward at the end.

This verse pierced my heart. As I reread the above verse, the Holy spirit whispered to me, “Where is your cross? This question permeated throughout my entire being….”
It was dark and a sombre day in the outskirts of Jerusalem. On a hill just outside the city walls, a Man who’d been attracting crowds of eager followers for the past three years hung in disgrace and unbearable pain on a rough wooden cross. Mourners wept openly and wailed in sorrow. The light of the sun no longer brightened the afternoon sky. And the intense suffering of the Man on the Cross ended when He cried out in a loud voice, “It is finished” — Matthew 27:50, John 19:30

[…] Source: Simple and delicious recipe […]
Today, I got up with the thought of cooking so I chose to combine the ingredients so I got a simple, delicious recipe.
The ingredients required for this recipe are:
Method of preparation
I cut potatoes in the shape of cubes and let them boil about 30 minutes.
While the potatoes were boiling, we put the mushrooms to the quality and added 2 spoons of tomato sauce.
The potatoes are ready, I’ve taken it so I got a puree.
Add the tomato sauce together with the mushrooms and for the flavor I added parsley and very slightly chopped garlic.
Fast and delicious!
I wish you good craving if you try this recipe!
Have a beautiful day !
