“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them”.
Wikipedia defines the term “youth” as the time of life when one is young, and often means the time between childhood and
adulthood ( maturity). It is also defined as “the appearance, freshness, vigor, spirit, etc, A characteristic of one who is young.
To many, being a youth is considered as a time for having pleasure and fun at it’s peak, a time to go into relationships, exploit fashion and the rest. But from the above Bible verse, God is urging every youth in any tribe, culture, descent to put him in remembrance now that they are still young and full of strength.
Do you know that the evil days are coming?
A time when your youthfulness will be over and will be replaced by wrinkles and old age, and the strength will be gone. Are you a young person that has forgotten your God and have refused to follow him in righteousness, remember the evil days are coming, use everything you have to please the one who gave you life and made you who you are and you will never regret it.
Cultivate the habit of:
- Praying without ceasing.
- Studying your Bible and have a quiet time away from distractions.
- Live a righteous life.
- Work for God in areas best fit for you.
- Love without any condition.
